CWL Edmonton Diocesan Council Structure The Edmonton Diocesan Council counts approximately 4600 members from 74 parish councils organized into nine zones. The Council Executive, responsible for the administration of diocesan duties, is made up of: all Parish Council Presidents (74), plus the Diocesan Officers, elected and appointed, including Standing Committee Chairpersons (11) The Diocesan Council includes, in addition, all Zone Chairpersons (9), plus all Life Members, including Honorary Life Members, in the Archdiocese of Edmonton Policies of Edmonton Diocesan Council Council Hierarchy, Spiritual Advisor and Officers 2011-2013 Hierarchy - Most Rev.
